FAQ and Policies

How it works:

There are some items available for order on the site. Once you place your order, I will reach out to confirm some details (such as pickup times, etc). If you add a custom item to your order, I will reach out to discuss details as well. In some cases, the deposit is fine to hold the order. In other cases, I may require full payment in advance. Cancellations
:

Deposits or full payment in advance is required for all orders. These deposits or payments are non-refundable. 

Your deposit/payment is required to hold your spot in the schedule. Your booking could prevent me from accepting other orders, and for this reason, the deposit/payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. 


FAQ

"Can you make anything nut-free?" 
No. I use peanut butter on a regular basis on shared equipment, and some ingredients come from Bulk Barn. For those two reasons alone, I am unable to make anything nut-free, regardless of how much cleaning and sanitizing that occurs between projects. I am certainly happy to take extra care to ensure that your items are made without ingredients that contain nuts when possible, but there will always be a risk and a warning. 

"Gluten-free or Dairy free?"
Just as with the risk of nuts, I can certainly make your items with dairy-free or gluten-free ingredients, but these ingredients are always in my kitchen, being used on shared equipment, and particularly with gluten, airborne particles are always possible. This is up to the discretion of the person eating the items, as all dietary concerns are individual and I am unable to offer a 100% guarantee. 

"Do you offer sugar free?"
Nothing I make is sugar free at this time, and at this time I have no plans to test these waters. Thanks for understanding!
